Over 12+ years in security operations at G4S, I maintained accurate, auditable records, synthesized daily activity into reports stakeholders actually read, and tracked recurring patterns before they became problems — the same core discipline behind KPI reporting and trend analysis.

I completed a part-time Data Analytics Bootcamp with General Assembly (Oct 2025 – May 2026) and the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, building a technical toolkit to match: SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib), and BI dashboarding in Power BI and Tableau.
